The Reset Series
About us
We’re an independent publisher of plain-English health education — built on a simple observation: half the population goes through the menopause transition, and almost nobody gets handed the map.
What we make
The Reset Series creates structured, self-paced educational guides for women in midlife — starting with The Perimenopause Reset, a 14-day program that explains the transition one topic at a time, in language that respects your intelligence and your schedule. Every guide ships with practical tools: a daily symptom tracker, a doctor-visit playbook, and habit-level companions — because understanding is only half the job; the other half is walking into an appointment with evidence.
How we work
Everything we publish is grounded in reputable, citable sources — The Menopause Society, ACOG, the NHS, Mayo Clinic, and the 30-year SWAN study. Where the evidence is strong, we say so. Where it’s thin or mixed — supplements, “hormone-balancing” diets — we say that too, plainly. That honesty is the product: it’s what makes our guides useful in an exam room instead of just comforting on a couch.
What we are not
We are educators, not clinicians. Our materials never diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care — they exist to make your fifteen minutes with a real clinician dramatically more productive. Every guide repeatedly flags the symptoms that deserve a doctor’s attention rather than a PDF’s.
