The Reset Series

Why we do this

Because somewhere right now, a woman is wide awake at 3 a.m., googling “am I losing my mind” — and the answer she deserves is scattered across a hundred tabs, buried under supplement ads.

The gap is real

Menopause medicine is barely taught. Surveys of medical residency programs have found that many physicians receive only minimal formal training in menopause care — and the average appointment runs about fifteen minutes. The result is an experience millions of women describe the same way: sleep, mood, memory, and cycles all going sideways at once, while each symptom gets a separate explanation and nobody connects the dots. The knowledge exists — decades of published research, clear professional guidelines. It just rarely reaches the person living the symptoms.

Our answer

Close the gap from the patient’s side. Take what The Menopause Society, ACOG, the NHS, and thirty years of the SWAN study have established, and translate it into fourteen short days a busy woman can actually finish — then arm her with tracked evidence and prepared questions, because clinicians act on patterns, not vibes.

Our principles

  • Plain English, zero condescension. Knowing the real terms is part of the value — they work in exam rooms.
  • Honest about evidence. Strong research gets stated confidently; weak research gets called weak — even when the weak stuff would sell better.
  • Education, never treatment. Decisions belong to you and your clinician. Our job is making that conversation worth having.
  • Doctors are allies. The system under-trained them on this; the fix is preparation, not distrust.
